my wife had a surgery performed by Dr Counts. She was 1.5 hrs late for the surgery making the hospital and surgical staff wait with no idea what was going on. After the procedure the nurses advised me she should have told me which room to report to, which she hadn't. After 2 hrs of waiting a hospita
